Playlist & Notes for 4/2; Earl Scruggs

Here's the playlist for this week's Black Diamond Show on WNHU. It's a good show with great tunes from the new Steep Canyon Rangers CD, Mariel Vandersteel's Hickory, old-time tunes from the likes of the Orpheus Supertones and the Run of the Mill String Band and the Hoover Uprights, great music from Pharis & Jason Romero, a gospel number from Dailey and Vincent, and more great stuff.

You can also make a request for next week's show--we'll spend a fair bit of the show paying tribute to Earl Scruggs, who passed away on March 28.
