Playlist for Black Diamond Show 7/26/10, WNHU, 88.7 FM West Haven, CT, www.wnhu.net

Today's show is a lot of fun. Lots of good bluegrass, lots of good old-time tunes, some Western Swing, and Waylon Jennings, too! Played another track from the 1975 Red Clay Ramblers LP "Stolen Love" (Their version of "The Golden Vanity"--proof that old English ballads moved into Appalachia with 18th & 19th Century settlers.) and one from that European Bootleg LP I bought in the '70s of some Bill Monroe recordings from 1951 and 1952 ("Country Waltz"). And more Bill Boyd. And more Reed Island Rounders. And more good stuff!

Thanks for your support!
